persecution. that's what i learnt during my BS last night. right now we are in such a comfortable country where we get to enjoy the freedom of religion beliefs. its rather tough to encounter with persecutions that Paul has received. still, we should understand that persecution is part and parcel of a Christian's life. if one has not encountered with one, it might mean 2 things: either he really has not encountered, or he has been doing all sorts of stuff to get out of the situation of being persecuted. which led me thinking. what does persecution consist of? physical torture? or verbal torture? in singapore, physical torture is not very common. so it goes down to verbal. most of the time ppl tend to speak ill of you because you are a Christian. i myself have experienced that in my own school though. non-christians will say things like: he cant join us, his God will not like. and other stuff. wel its hard to take in such stuff but i'm sure its a testing time for me though.

what IF the government in Singapore decides to shut down all churches and ban all worship activities or even gathering? what will you do? will ur faith in God still remain? this is the question that struck me yesterday. i really cannot imagine it. well, for me i really do not know how to answer now. it is easy to say though, but later find it tough to do what you say. well well. it will be tough to get used to it but all ihave to say is that God is still there and everywhere no matter what. oh well.. leave it with this question then. =)

time flies. today is already the 5th of November. 4 more days to OP. and everything will become bright for me once again. the dark clouds of project work will be blown away! 1 year passed so fast. next year A levels already. oh no. die... oh well... ttz why now must start studying! =) all J1s oso better start studying ok!!!
