All take cover! Police officers are everywhere. Whereever you walk, please do be careful, cause you might just happen to trigger a mine. JI leader Mas Selamat is at large! Please do cooperate with fellow police officers and not give them any more trouble, since the government is already pressing them to solve this massive issue. If you happen to see him, please dial 999 immediately. Warning! Do not call everytime you see someone like Osama. You can be sure that you'll see them once in a while. You can find the picture of Mas Selamat at
www.channelnewsasia.com/stories/singaporelocalnews/view/331726/1/.htmlPlease do not hesitate to render your services to the police. They certainly need your help. Your work for the country will certainly be widely recognised by all. Last but not least, don't do anything stupid during this period. You'll get into lots of trouble. Like don't pretend to be Mas Selamat, don't disturb the police, don't act retarded in public, don't get caught by the police for committing a crime, and PLEASE PLEASE don't look suspicious. (well if its natural in you then too bad)
Security Level: Higher than the sky
you know, just looking at my brother post on his blog like EVERYDAY, which i still think is crazy even though i used to do it in the past, (and mind you he posts ALOTTTT) makes me wanna do this again. yeah its been coming to 6 months since i've posted that stupid joke, but oh well. Since I might be interested in doing mass comm in uni so JUST DO IT!
Up till now i still can't understand why people mistake me for the actor Shawn Lee. Yeah it sounds hilarious but its true. And don't say I copy him cause I was born 1st! (Btw there are so many shawn lee in the world ah! And you think his chinese name is called lee yi wei? Please go do some research) It's irritating btw if you haven noticed. (its because of this that's why i also decided to stop blogging)
YOG Singapore 2010. A giant leap to a..... whatever that guy said on the moon. Totally true. Small country, small budget (its very big to me though), stadium not ready, yet we still won. Potential. Now everyone's head becomes super big. Even so they deserve it. Well my head is not big at all. Haha. As much as I like sports, it somehow, just somehow, have nothing to do with me. I'm not going to be a youth anymore. So now, Singapore will try, in all her might, to recruit new youth to exercise their full potential, to make Singapore proud. Some suggestions.
1. Open all bowling alleys still the wee-time of the night, let youth bowl for free, with a coach at every lane, and also some complimentary snacks for every ball you bowl. Do this up till 2010 and Singapore will swoop all medals in bowling. All are Remy Ong disciples.
2. Insert in a subject called soccer into every school's timetable. Make it compulsary. 2 hrs a day everyday for 5 days. Let guys play with girls and vice versa. (just realised there wasn't a need for that haha) Let the girls experience losing, which will result in greater motivation to prove the critics. Then let the girls compete in the YOG and win soccer. Furthermore, we can allow them to join the women's world cup. It's easier to win compared to men. So go for the easy one!
3. Build more tennis courts in Singapore. Provide every youth a racquet and a few balls. Let them stay at home and practice against their house walls and then open a trial period for them to try out. (more like a CCA fair) The audition will be at the tennis court and Andy Roddick will be there to assist. He will do his trademark serve and you are to hit the ball back accordingly without ballooning the ball out. As long as the ball goes over the net and onto the IN court, you're going to represent Singapore. (If Andy faults his serve, you're in too, but mind you his service goes up to about 239km/hr)
4. Basketball. I've got links with Yao Ming cause he's chinese. So I can get him to come Singapore for a try out too. I will ask him to bring along some of the stars of the NBA, namely Lebron 'King' James, Kobe Bryant, Kevin Garnett and Allen Iverson. One part of the try out would be for you to form a team of 5, and challenge the 5 of them to a full-court basketball game. If you can somehow manage to score at least a point, you're in. Very simple. To add to that, I can try to ask them to give youths personal guidance on basketball. For example, Lebron James will teach you how to always get MVP awards. Kobe Bryant will teach you how to power your way through defences without much effort. Kevin Garnett will teach you how to grow taller. Allen Iverson will notice that many of our youth are roughly about the same height as him, hence he will teach you how to dunk even when you're short. Well as for Yao Ming, he's too tall to even see you so he just dont bother. With these, our youths can win YOG basketball, and some can actually make their way to the NBA.
With all these suggestions, i'm sure Singapore will swoop every single award there is for these 4 sports. There might be more suggestions for other sports, but I need time to brainstorm.
On a more personal level, I hate how I'm feeling right now. it's like how it was in the past. it sucks. Big Time.
